Previously, when you submitted an E-Verify case through Greenshades, the information was collected internally and processed manually by Greenshades staff on your behalf. While this got the job done, it meant delays in receiving results and limited visibility into where a case stood at any given time. 

What's New

Greenshades Online now connects directly to E-Verify through their official API, so cases are submitted automatically and results come back in real time — no manual step in between. You can initiate E-Verify right from the I-9 approval workflow, track case statuses (including Photo Match, Tentative Nonconfirmation, and Final Nonconfirmation) directly in your portal, and even submit cases for employees hired more than 3 days ago if you missed the original window.
