Update

Background

With recent updates to the positive pay file experience, some clients shared that they needed the ability to mark a file as downloaded, even if they had not yet downloaded the file. This would keep the list of pay runs pending download clear, making weekly processing more efficient and reducing unnecessary clutter.

What's New

We’ve added a new “Mark as downloaded” option to the pay run selector. This option will appear once one or more pay runs are selected. Marked runs will be removed from the list of pay runs not yet downloaded. This enhancement gives clients more control over managing their positive pay files and helps streamline payroll processing.
