Occasionally, document PDFs may fail to load correctly after being uploaded to Greenshades Online.

To correct this, open a working copy of the PDF saved to your computer, and select the print option.

In the Destination menu, choose Microsoft Print to PDF, and select Print to save it as a new PDF.

Visit Greenshades Online and navigate to Settings > HR Document Library to upload the newly saved PDF. After upload, review the document to make sure the problem is resolved.
