Employee steps

After your employee signs in to Green Employee, direct them to the gear icon towards to the top right of the page to access their settings. Ask them to select Change Account Email Address on the Security Settings tab. There, they can enter a new email address to use when signing in.

Administrator steps

If the employee no longer has access to their current email address, you can disconnect it by navigating to the Login page of their profile and selecting Disconnect Employee Password. This will allow them to connect a new email address by selecting Register on the GreenEmployee sign-in page.

Alternatively, you can navigate to Settings > Employee Access > Manage Employee Passwords. Select Edit next to the employee in question, and enter their new email address in the User ID field before selecting Update.
