Typically, this message indicates that no identity confirmation options are available for an employee. For example, if your workspace only has the "Text Messaging of Verification Codes" option enabled, an employee will encounter this message if they only have a landline or no phone number in their profile. There are two ways to remedy this.

Enabling additional identity confirmation options

To enable additional identity confirmation options, navigate to Settings > Employee Access, and select Configure Identity Confirmation Settings. There, set any identity confirmation options you want to enable to Yes before selecting Save.

Updating the employee's profile

To add an email address, navigate to Employees > Employee List, and choose the employee you want to update. Select Edit on the Information page, add an email address, and select Save. To add a phone number, expand the Personal section in the left-hand menu, and select Information. Select Edit, add a phone number, and select Save.

Let your employee know they can try accessing Green Employee again; any options that you just added will be available for them to use to successfully sign in.
