While most employees are onboarded by following a direct link, you can assign a new hire workflow to existing employees. This is especially useful when you are rehiring employees, as it provides them with a way to update their information from a single location.

To assign a workflow, navigate to Employees > Assign Workflow. Select Assign Workflow next to the workflow you want to assign. Check the box next to any employees you want to assign the workflow to before selecting Next. If the selected employees are currently assigned to a workflow that they have not completed, their in-progress workflow will be listed here and will be canceled upon assignment of the new workflow. Any steps and employee information completed in the incomplete workflow will be deleted. After reviewing the list of employee to assign to the workflow, select Confirm. The selected employees will then see the workflow the next time they sign in to Green Employee.
