Employee Notes Feature Enhancement 

We are excited to announce a new enhancement to the Employee Notes feature, aimed at improving document management and organization within your workforce. You can now attach documents directly to employee notes for better record-keeping and streamlined administration and can delete notes when needed.

  • Document Attachments: Admins can now upload and attach documents to individual employee notes. 
  • Supported File Types: Easily attach various file formats, such as PDFs and image files. 
  • Use Cases: This feature is perfect for managing important documentation such as: 
    • Garnishment court orders 
    • Termination or resignation letters 
    • Other internal HR-related documents
