Through the Greenshades integration, Sage Intacct users can achieve a deeper level of fiscal clarity, transparency, and oversight of all payroll processes. The Greenshades payroll integration will pull General Ledger accounts from Sage Intacct and allow for full payroll processing in Greenshades payroll.

The integration syncs Employee Records from Greenshades into Sage Intacct. Greenshades also syncs GL Accounts and Dimensions from Sage Intacct into Greenshades pre payrun. Timesheets are synced from Greenshades to the Sage Intacct Payrun, as well as Greenshades Job Fields to Sage Intacct Payroll Custom Fields. And then post payroll, the GL Results are synced from Greenshades to the Sage Intacct Journal Entries.

Does the integration support relationships between dimensions?

Currently only dimension values sync, so relationships between dimensions are not supported.

Will dimension values be included when dimensions are synced?

Yes, existing and new dimension values will be included when dimensions sync. However, dimension values removed in Sage will not be removed by a sync.

Does the integration work with Web Services, Platform Services, or both?

The solution is a Web Services integration, it does not involve Platform Services

It is bi-directional, pulling GL accounts and Dimension information from Sage Intacct and syncing GL batches down to Sage Intacct from Greenshades.
