Your registration key is a unique set of characters used to determine what company and/or products are assigned. Without a registration key, some products such as Dynamics Payroll Inspector, Tax Filing Center, and Connector cannot function. If you need to find this information, it is located in the Customer Portal.

To get to the Customer Portal, navigate to Greenshades.com and mouse over Sign In at the top right corner.

Select Customer Portal from the drop down.

Before you can access your company information, you need to login using your Greenshades credentials.

Once logged in, you will see information such as Company Information, Active Products, and Registration Information. Registration Key can be found at the bottom in the Registration Information section.

Note: This page can also be used to add and remove company contacts, view invoices, and view statuses on open support issues.
